SMcL were appointed as senior consultant, to manage and coordinate the external consultant teams in the detailed design for the architectural envelope for the project, as well as provide the detailed programme for the overall delivery of the project. The role also includes overall management of the base build consultants and contractors during construction phase, including coordination of the client direct works with the base-build.
